Guns N’ Roses Confirmed to Headline Coachella 2016
Guns N’ Roses stars Axl Rose and Slash are confirmed to reunite for the first time in more than 20 years as part of the 2016 Coachella music festival in California. The news comes hours after Rose pulled out of an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, a day before he was scheduled to front the band for a performance on Tuesday.
The first night of Coachella will feature another reunion with dance stars LCD Soundsystem, who split in 2011, while DJ Calvin Harris will headline the third night. Other big names schedule to perform during the festival include Ellie Goulding, Ice Cube, Disclosure, Sia, Zedd, Chris Stapleton, Sufjan Stevens, Foals, Major Lazer, A$AP Rocky, and The Kills. The 2016 Coachella festival will take place from April 15 to 17 and from 22 to April 24.
