Intruder Arrested on ‘Ray Donovan’ Set
Production on Liev Schreiber’s hit Showtime show Ray Donovan was briefly disrupted on Friday after a homeless man refused to leave the Los Angeles set. Cameras were rolling when the man, whose identity has not been released, strolled onto the shoot on Venice Beach.
He reportedly ignored security officials’ attempts to persuade him to leave the area, where Schreiber was filming and instead threw a punch at one guard and tried to run, according to TMZ. A group of five guards, who were off-duty police officers, leaped into action, tackling the intruder to the ground and shocking him with a taser. He was subsequently arrested for battery on an officer and taken into custody.
