Jon Favreau Bringing Back Happy Hogan for ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
Jon Favreau will reprise his role as Iron Man’s sidekick Happy Hogan in the new Spider-Man movie. The actor/director will return to the big screen as Tony Stark’s driver in Spider-Man: Homecoming, according to Variety.
Favreau, who recently directed The Jungle Book for Disney, was an executive producer on Iron Man 3 and the Avengers movies after directing Iron Man and Iron Man 2. Spider-Man: Homecoming is shooting in Atlanta, Georgia, with Tom Holland as the new webslinger. Spider-Man: Homecoming is scheduled to open in July 2017.
