Rescuers Descend Deep Well to Help Sobbing Dog
Cries from a deep well prompted a team near Udaipur, India to act. When they arrived, they discovered a crying dog that had fallen into the deep ravine.
According to a video uploaded to YouTube by Animal Aid Unlimited, India, the team received a call of a dog falling into the well outside the village.
“When we arrived we found a heartbroken dog desperate to be helped,” wrote Animal Aid. In the video, the team calls the dog, “Ruby,” saying, “Don’t worry, Ruby. We’re coming!”

Since being uploaded on August 11, the video has garnered nearly 650,000 views. It’s no wonder. We love when we see others going out of their way to help animals in distress.
