Introducing Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana

It was the moment the world’s been waiting for! In the early morning hours of Saturday, May 2^nd, Kate Middleton with husband, Prince William by her side, gave birth to the couple’s second child, a girl! The little princess was born at 8:34 a.m. (3:34 a.m. ET), within hours of the palace’s announcement that the Duchess of Cambridge had gone into labor, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces.  “Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well” tweeted the palace.

Excited crowds gathered outside the Lindo Wing of Saint Mary’s Hospital, the same place the couple welcomed their first child, Prince George, in 2013, waiting to catch a glimpse of the first princess to be born into the British monarchy in 25 years!  After a couple days of patiently waiting, we have finally learned this new Princess’ name!  Welcome to the world Charlotte Elizabeth Diana!  Also known as Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge.  Check out some of the sweetest moments from the day she arrived!
