Meet Rose Bennett and her 15-month old son, Ben.
After running out of diapers for her son, Bennett went to the store to get more only to find out that they were out of his size. Instead of paying for a more expensive brand, Bennett bought the next size up not thinking much of it. However, her son quickly picked up on the different packaging, thinking his picture was on the bag.
While Bennett was changing her baby’s diaper, he looked over at the package and said “Ben.” Bennett explained to her son that it wasn’t him on the package, but it seems as though he didn’t fully grasp the message. The 15-month-old has become so obsessed with the bag of diapers that he is constantly giving it hugs.
Bennett thought the encounter was pretty funny and shared it on Twitter. The photo quickly went viral with over 12,300 retweets and over 23,200 likes (at the time of publication).

“He looks just like Ben,” Bennett told BuzzFeed. “It shows representation really matters. He doesn’t have that reaction to any other brand, any other toys, anything else.”

Bennett plans on buying this size diaper from now on just because her son likes the packaging so much.
“Watching this adventurous kid, who can’t really talk yet, drag around diapers because he thinks it’s him on the bag, it’s just greatness,” Bennett explained.
