Dunking cookies is hard, bungee jumping is harder, and bungee dunking is arguably the hardest.
The Guinness World Record for “Highest bungee dunk” has been smashed by a U.K. man with his trusty chocolate hobnob and a classic mug of British tea.
Simon Berry, 24, with courtesy of gift shop Experience Days, threw himself off a platform at Bray Lake Watersports in Berkshire attached to a bungee rope and with a biscuit in his hand to aim for a cup of tea in this incredible and unique challenge.
And he smashed the record, with 240 feet and 10 inches, which was way better and cooler than the previous 198-ft, nine-inch dunk by Ron Jones (an American) in 2013.
“The feeling in me chest and seeing everyone’s smiles was fantastic,” said Berry, following the dunk.
The excitement of this feat can best be described by Berry screaming “YES!” immediately after soaking his tasty biscuit in the milky tea.
We hope he celebrated this victory by eating the champion cookie too.
