Cat Thinks Its Human Is Drowning Whenever She Takes a Bath

We generally think of cats as nonchalant, rather selfish creatures when it comes to the wellbeing of humans and other animals. While dogs run up to greet you after a long day of being away, cats seem to not care one way or another, as long as they get fed. However, one cat was caught showing his human, and subsequently, the internet, just how much he cares for his owner.

Whenever his owner takes a bath, this cat goes into full-on panic mode, presumably because he thinks she is in dire need for rescuing.

At the start of the video, the cat is seen at the side of the tub meowing frantically as the woman takes her bath. When she reaches out her hand to comfort him, the cat puts his paws around her hand and attempts to pull her out of the tub. He even tries getting his mouth over her hand to pull her out. When she puts her hand back in, however, the cat goes back into panic mode, meowing and searching for a way to “rescue” his human.

The woman, on the other hand, can’t help but laugh as the frantic feline attempts to save her life. One can only guess what the cat is really thinking, but it sure seems like a rescue mission to us!
