Superheroes on the big screen. Superheroes in real life.
On Tuesday, taking a break from filming their upcoming sequel Thor: Ragnarok, Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston took some time to visit local kids at the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. Reportedly, the onscreen heroes ended their day of shooting and snuck off to the hospital to give the kids quite the surprise.
Hemsworth, who has played the hero Thor in all of the Avengers films, brought his movie hammer, Mjolnir, which only the worthiest of people may wield, allowing the children to hoist its mighty power. Hiddleston was seemingly in character, dressed in all black with his standard long, black hair on full display.
