Green and mischievous never looked so cute.
Alan Lawrence, a dad of five from Utah, dressed up his adorable 6-month-old son as a leprechaun, just in time for the holiday. Lawrence has had experience dressing up his son in the past, turning him into a human “Elf on the Shelf” during Christmas time. Since then he has carried over the tradition to other holidays.
Lawrence, who works as an art director, web designer, and photographer, has no problem bringing his creative visions to life. The baby’s mother made the tiny suit, but the beard posed a little bit of a problem initially.
“We almost didn’t have him wear the beard because we couldn’t find anything that looked good,” Lawrence told Today. “When you search for orange beards for babies on Amazon, the results are not awesome. At the very last minute we ended up finding some fluffy fabric that looked perfect.”
To give the photos a more realistic quality, Lawrence holds up his son and then Photoshop’s himself out of the picture. Each photo takes about three hours to create.
“I am pretty meticulous about keeping the magic looking as real as possible,” Lawrence explained.
