An eel-like sea creature was found washed ashore on the New South Wales Central Coast in Australia on Monday. The creature, which looks like it has been part of a horrific science experiment, has a crocodile-like body with a dolphin nose.
Marine biologist Julian Pepperell stated that the creature is actually a pike eel and was measured at 4.5 feet. Pepperell also stated that the creature looked very old before it died.
Prime Center News Hunter 7 tweeted out of picture of the unknown sea creature, questioning if the image was real or if some Photoshop guru was playing a prank.

The carcass was found on the shoreline of Sakhalin Island and was described as a sea monster with a beak. Biologists think that it could be a Ganges dolphin, but it hasn’t been proven yet.
