Anxiety is one of those feelings we can all relate to. It seems to creep up on us when we least expect it, and it can take a lot of therapy and positivity to get past it. Anxiety can make a good day horrible with just a thought. Artist Sara Zimmerman has created a few examples of anxiety in every day life that are both hilarious and informative, but by the end, leave you with a little hope.

Zimmerman shows that even when you’re wrapped in the comfort of a deep sleep, anxiety can pop up:
