Karrueche Tran: ‘I’m on good terms with Chris Brown’

The Forever hitmaker was dumped by singer/model Tran in March after he was revealed to have fathered a baby girl with his friend Nia Guzman last year, but the R&B star refused to give up on the romance and has been trying to win the model back ever since.

His latest attempt to reconcile with his on/off girlfriend came last week, when both Brown and Tran partied together at a Hollywood nightclub, but it ended in a bust-up between the pair at a diner in Los Angeles.

Tran has now spoken out to insist they are still pals, telling Access Hollywood, “I don’t know if a friendship will necessarily work but I definitely want to keep on good terms. I want to be cordial and positive – no drama.”

Speaking of Brown’s little daughter Royalty, Tran confessed that the emergence of his unexpected child was the breaking point of their relationship, adding, “Royalty is a beautiful, young girl, and it’s a blessing for the both of them. But for me, it’s just like, a different story. So I just kind of had to wipe my hands away from that… There’s a lot to deal with a guy who is famous and who’s rich; it’s just a lot of baggage. I just don’t know if I’m mentally prepared to go through that.”
