He Lost Touch With 5 Close Friends. Now He’s Apologizing With Big Messages of Love.

This man’s redemption to the infamous, often untrue phrase “We’ll keep in touch” is simply beautiful.

Adam, whose job keeps him moving around constantly, failed at keeping in touch with his loved ones until he finally decided to make amends by means of small messages in big words on bigger signs.

Staying in touch with people was rough for Adam because work often kept him busy and never in the same place for too long. And he didn’t realize the impact of losing communication with those he loved until he sat down to write out what he had to say to these people in few but meaningful words.

Sponsored by greeting card company thortful, Adam put his feelings down on paper as he constructed large signs filled with messages he wanted to get across to old friends, even an old lover.

Nerves aside, he took the signs and went out to deliver them to five people: his best friend, old teacher, old neighbor, old colleague and ex-girlfriend, a choice that truly opened his eyes and changed his perspective.

First he apologized to a friend, then he showed how much he appreciated his old teacher, said sorry to his neighbor, visited an old colleague just to let them know how special they are, but the truly touching moment – and “biggest one” of all – comes at the end when Adam finds his ex-girlfriend.

Frankie and Adam broke up over a year ago and he had trouble moving on. Why? Because he still loves her, never stopped too. He needed to tell her how he felt.
