Oh man. Grab the Kleenex while you still can. A video of a young man giving his best friend a most amazing gift has gone viral with over four million views and nearly 45,000 shares.

Graham McMillan shows viewers a “pretty punny” sign he has made which reads, “Heard Urine Need of a Kidney, Want Mine?” The sign is in regards to his best friend Danny Kolzow, a nurse at Baylor All Saints Hospital, who was suffering from a condition which caused a lack of kidney function and would require a kidney transplant. McMillan, who learned that he was a compatible donor, decided to surprise his friend with the news.

Arriving at the hospital with sign in-hand and a nurse escorting him with balloons, McMillan yells over to Kolzow, who is sitting at his desk, his sign’s message. Before long he rushes over to his friend, and both tearfully collapse in a sweet embrace, with Danny proclaiming, “My kidney is going inside that body!”

Check out the video:

A truer example of love and friendship like this is rare to find, but always wonderful to experience.
