Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager who bought a pharmaceutical company and then inflated the price of a life-saving drug by over 50 times the price, and then subsequently arrested for securities fraud, is widely despised. His behavior over the controversy surrounding the drug price hike and overall smug, I-want-to-punch-him-in-the-face demeanor makes a lot of people want to, well, punch him in the face. So, good news, masses, now’s your chance.
How you ask? Just slip into his DMs.
Shkreli is auctioning off a chance to hit him in the face to, get this, benefit a boy who survived a life-threatening disease.
“I will auction one slap/punch in the face to benefit my friend Mike who passed away & leaves behind a young son who survived cancer. DM bids,” said Shkreli on Twitter, who dares using Harambe as his cover image.

The co-founder of MSMB Capital Management and once CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals apparently wants to lose more brain cells after already losing his dignity.
This past August, Shkreli bought the U.S. rights to sell Daraprim, a 62-year-old drug used to treat rare parasitic infections like toxoplasmosis, for $55 million and then raised the price per pill from $13.50 to a whopping $750.
After many pregnant women, cancer patients, and AIDS patients, whom the disease mainly inflicts, suffered and an outrageous amount of public backlash, the price was reduced by half, but for hospitals only.
Insurance companies, who will eat most the bill, do not like this guy but patient copayments sunk down to $10 or less monthly.
Shkreli, who is currently withholding Wu-Tang Clan’s only commercial copy of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, was not sorry for his actions, assuring they weren’t personal but just business, even adding he contemplated selling the drug at a higher price.
If this was all news to you or you already knew about this snake and wished to give him a swift rebuke to his jawline, you’ll unfortunately have to outbid $78,000 in order to make him pay for his insolence.
So far the two highest bidders to punch or slap me in the face are for $78,000 and $25,500. Let me know!

But on the bright side, maybe Mike Tyson will get a go at this fantastic opportunity.
as long as the money comes in and they'll throw the punch, yes
