You love getting creative with your home decor, so why not get creative with your house plants? They are a huge part of your aesthetic and will add a fresh feeling to any space.
Stores are filled with a variety of containers and vases that can hold your plants, but it’s time to think out of the box and into the…trees? That’s right. We’re going to show you how to transform this bird feeder into a hanging hexagon planter that will have all your friends thinking you’re a master green thumb.
After grabbing a bird feeder and following the assembly directions, there are a few options to turn it into a charming hanging planter.
If you’re looking for something easy, you can simply purchase a plant and place it into the base of the feeder.
If you’re looking to take your garden indoors (or maybe some herbs?), then this repurposed bird feeder will become a gardening container for any indoor/outdoor blooms. Put the soil at the bottom of the feeder, add the necessary seeds, and water regularly.
The location of your hanging planter is entirely up to you, but if you’re growing the plants inside, it’s best to hang near a window with sufficient sunlight.
Now sit back and enjoy freshness from your hexagon hanging planter.
