Just as the Radner’s thought it was safe to sell their home, a new threat emerges that will drive any potential buyers away. That’s the story behind Universal’s sequel to the smash comedy hit, Neighbors, with the new movie, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising.
Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne’s characters Mac and Kelly Radner thought they were done with their share of Greek life. However, just as the couple are set to move to the suburbs, new neighbors move in next door. They quickly learn these aren’t your typical neighbors and are forced to call in their old nemesis to fight an even bigger threat: a sorority.
Led by Cholë Grace Moretz, Kappa Nu has redefined the college sorority as a “party-first sorority.” This poses a slight problem for the Radner’s who realize they will never be able to sell their house with Kappa Nu living across the street. Mac does the only sensible thing he can think of and enlists former frat bro Teddy (Zac Efron) to plan the ultimate sorority takedown.
The first official trailer shows Mac and Teddy digging up their old antics and doing anything they can to take down Kappa Nu. The revenge and pranks look just as outrageous and amusing as they did in the original.
Kiersey Clemons, Beanie Feldstein, Selena Gomez, Lisa Kudrow, Ike Barinholtz, and Dave Franco join Rogen, Byrne, Moretz and Efron to complete the hilarious cast.
Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising hits theaters on May 20. Check out the trailer below!
