John Montaldo and his family brought their dog Kya to a mall in Orlando, FL to make her dreams come true.

When Kya the Shiba Inu — now 1 years old — was first taken in, her owners bought her a Santa toy from a dollar store.

Then that toy came to life in this Christmas miracle.
