All of Human History Leads to a ‘War for the Planet of the Apes’ in the Official Trailer
The official trailer for the third chapter of the new Planet of the Apes franchise shows that the apes got a lot smarter — and the humans got a lot madder.
“All of human history had led to this moment,” noted 20th Century Fox.
War for the Planet of the Apes will be action-packed with a deadly conflict between the human army, led by the Colonel, and the ape army, led by Caesar. This will determine the fate of both species and the future of Earth.
The film, directed by Matt Reeves, will hit theaters on July 14, 2017.
