Watch This Dog Save a Store Owner From Being Robbed

When you’re being robbed, it pays to have a dog handy.

Security footage from the Mont d’Or tobacco shop in Manosque, France, shows a store owner getting ready to close up the shop for the day. While he’s outside taking out the trash, a masked robber barges in the store, holding him at gunpoint. The owner swiftly runs behind the counter, knocking a chair in the path of the robber, and where he looks to be getting the dog from a back room.

The dog instinctively knows what do to and proceeds to bite and chase the robber out of the store, saving the day.

The Sun reports that both the dog and store owner are OK, and the robber left empty-handed.
