You Have to Check Out These Dogs Before and After Going to the Groomers
We love our dogs, but sometimes they get a little – OK, very – messy, and when we take them to be groomed, they can come out looking like a completely different animal. Genius animal photographer Grace Chon decided to capture dogs’ beauty transformations in a new photo series called HAIRY, according to Bored Panda.
The results are nothing short of hilarious and amazing.
Chon told the website that the dogs have not been groomed in a traditional American style where they usually get cut based on breed standards. Instead, they’ve been groomed in a Japanese style, “which doesn’t follow the usual breed standard cuts and rules for grooming that we’re used to seeing. Rather, the emphasis is on making the dog look as adorable as possible – cute on steroids- by highlighting the uniquely cute characteristics of the dog.”
