This is no Kentucky Derby, that’s for sure.

A group of adorable miniature horses decided that the cold weather was just too much for them. Makes sense, we barely want to go outside either, and we’re all bundled up like Randy in A Christmas Story.

The problem is these rambunctious little guys still need to get some exercise. No biggie, the miniature horses in question found the perfect way to entertain themselves and stretch their incredibly short legs.

In the video below, we see the horses running laps around the barn. Great idea guys, even if you did steal it from your canine friend at the front leading the pack. (Is it a pack? Herd? Throng? You get the picture.)

Take a look for yourselves. We promise you won’t be able to keep a smile off your face.

Miniature horses were first bred in Europe centuries ago but are now found all over the world — even as pets! Want some more miniature horse love but not quite ready to build a barn? Check out the video below of Pippin hanging out with his full-sized equine friends!

Don’t forget to spread the love and SHARE these videos with your friends!
