His reluctance to accept help was warranted, but he’ll be surrounded by his new family in no time.

A viral video shows a homeless German Shepherd getting (sort of aggressively) rescued and then put up for adoption after receiving medical attention.

Hope For Paws responded to a call regarding the pup, named Mozart, who was living near a medical facility for a long while. He had a collar on but no owner was found, especailly after discovering he was not neutered and had no microchip.

With the help of security guards, the scared dog was lured into a gated parking lot and trapped in a cage before transported to the hospital for treatment.

“It’s okay! It’s okay, good boy! Good boy,” the staff member can be heard saying, as he acted quick and caught the dog with a leash – all caught on camera.

Mozart is okay now and up for adoption. Interested?
