Watch This Bee Turn Into a Raging Hulk and Pull a Nail Out of a Wall
Bees are astounding creatures, not only for their penchant for creating perfectly geometric honeycombs that would probably make Pythagoras swoon, they quite literally provide an estimated 30 percent of the world’s food supply and help roughly 90 percent of wild plants thrive.
That’s a lot of heavy lifting for a little insect, but judging by this viral video, our stingy little friends are quite used to it.
Watch this “bionic” honey bee as it lands against a wall and somehow pulls a nail straight out of the brick.
Bees, according to Bees-Online.com, weigh about a tenth of a gram, but can carry up to 50% of their weight. Knowing this, maybe it’s not surprising to watch this bee go “rage Hulk” on this nail.
We already knew not to mess with bees, but this is going to give us serious pause next time one’s buzzing around our ears.
