In a video that has garnered over 3 million views, a young boy cries happy tears as he watches his favorite band, Coldplay, perform live for the first time at Mexico City’s Foro Sol stadium.
The boy’s father, Luis Vazquez, recorded his son Luis Noel before the concert, asking him about his favorite Coldplay song. Then, it cuts to the two in the audience listening to the song “Fix You.”
Vazquez sings the lyrics to his son who is so emotional he begins to cry.
It’s hard not to tear up yourself after watching the beautiful moment between father and son and the amazing way music can impact someone’s life.
The video even caught the attention of Coldplay itself. The official Twitter account tweeted, “This kind of thing makes it all worthwhile.”
