Adorable Video of Appreciative Rescue Dog Goes Viral
As much as animal-loving humans enjoy rescuing dogs from dangerous situations, the dogs themselves must love it 10 times more. Case in point: this video about a happy rescue dog named Asher.
Asher was rescued off of a chain by Dogs Deserve Better, a non-profit organization in Smithfield, Virginia. The appreciative pooch was so happy about being rescued that he decided to show his gratitude to a Dogs Deserve Better employee by getting a little up close and personal.
Even as the employee tried to shoo him away while she spoke to the company’s CEO, the happy rescue dog continued to excitedly slobber all over her face. Of course, who could say “No” to a face like that?!
In a hilarious twist, it seems that Asher got himself just a little too excited just before the video cut out.
